TERMS & CONDITIONS #SAESONSTAR CAMPAIGN

1. GENERAL

1.1. There is no entry fee to participate in the #SAESONSTAR CAMPAIGN.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The #SAESONSTAR CAMPAIGN is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above.

2.2. Participants must be the parent or legal guardian of the child featured in the participating post.

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

3.1. This campaign is ongoing and will conclude on 31 December 2026.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. Post a picture or video of your child wearing Saeson outfits on your Facebook feed, Instagram feed, or Instagram Stories.

4.2. Tag Saeson Baby Malaysia’s official page (@saesonbabymalaysia) in the post.

4.3. Include the official campaign hashtag #saesonstar in the post.

4.4. Ensure your Facebook post privacy is set to "Public" or your Instagram profile is set to "Public" so that your entry can be viewed and verified by the Saeson team.

5. REWARDS AND CLAIM OF VOUCHERS
5.1. Every participant who successfully completes the steps in Section 4 will receive a 10% discount voucher code.

5.2. The voucher code is exclusively valid for purchases made on the official Saeson Baby Malaysia website.

5.3. Participants are welcome to submit multiple different entries. However, if the exact same image or video is uploaded multiple times (whether across different days, platforms, or accounts), only ONE (1) 10% discount voucher will be issued for that specific image/video.

5.4. The Saeson Baby Malaysia team will reach out to eligible participants via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message (Inbox) with the voucher code within a reasonable timeframe after the post is verified.

5.5. The voucher(s) are not exchangeable for cash and are not cumulative in nature with each other voucher or other discounts and promotions

6. ORGANISER’S RIGHTS

6.1. Participating in this campaign indicates that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

6.2. By participating and using the hashtag #saesonstar, parents/legal guardians grant SAESON the right to share, repost, or use the submitted photos on Saeson Baby Malaysia's official social media channels and marketing materials.

6.3. SAESON reserves the right to cancel or amend the #SAESONSTAR CAMPAIGN Terms & Conditions without prior notice. We will notify entrants of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6.4. SAESON will not accept responsibility for any unforeseen incidents that affect your entry — for example, network failure, computer viruses, or unauthorised access.

6.5. SAESON reserves the right to substitute a similar value reward or alter the voucher terms depending on our discretion.
