Saeson Baby Malaysia Rewards Terms and Conditions

1.    The Saeson Baby Malaysia Rewards Program shall be managed by Best Baby Essentials Sdn Bhd (“Saeson Baby Malaysia”).

2.    All Saeson Baby Malaysia members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under Saeson Baby Malaysia Rewards Program.

3.    Saeson Baby Malaysia Reward Points (“Points”) are only applicable for the Saeson Baby Malaysia website (https://saesonbabymalaysia.com/) (“Website”).

4.    Only purchases made on the Website shall qualify for Points accumulation and all redemption of Points shall be on the Website.

5.    Every purchase of RM1.00 made on the Website of Saeson Baby products shall be entitled to accumulate 1 Point.

6.    Points Redemption shall be for discounts against future purchases on the Website and shall be based on the ratio as outlined in the Website.  Saeson Baby Malaysia reserves the right to alter and amend the redemption ratio at any time without any prior notice.

7.    Points accumulated are not exchangeable for cash

8.    Points can only be accumulated with purchase of fixed-priced items only and shall not be applicable to discount / promotional items.

9.    Reward Point Members will be awarded with 200 Points during their birthday month (only once a year).

10. All Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to Saeson Baby Malaysia. Saeson Baby Malaysia will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to Points due to any discrepancy in Purchasers and / Reward Point Members information.

11. Saeson Baby Malaysia reserves the right to alter and amend the Terms and Conditions of the Saeson Baby Malaysia Rewards Program, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate the Program it at any time without any prior notice.

12. Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members must notify Saeson Baby Malaysia if there are any problems regarding Point balance / accumulation within 30 days of transactions. Notification or queries can be sent to saesonbaby@bbabyessentials.com

13.   Saeson Baby Malaysia will not be responsible for any unauthorized access of the Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members Saeson Baby Reward Points (e.g. through unauthorised access to Reward Point Members phone). Saeson Baby Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw the points from the Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members account if such transaction occurs and is not obligated to make compensation to any party.

14.   All Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members of Saeson Baby Malaysia agree to the collection, use, or sharing of their information by Saeson Baby Malaysia. In addition, Purchasers and / or Reward Point Members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by Saeson Baby Malaysia.

15.   In case of any dispute, the decision of Saeson Baby Malaysia shall remain final.
